The Cape Henlopen Elks Lodge 2540 Veterans Committee recently donated $500 to Cape Henlopen High School JROTC to help cover costs associated with their off-campus projects.
The Elks’ continued partnership with the Cape High JROTC will go a long way in supporting community service and patriotism, which are goals shared by both organizations.
