Finally enjoying a trip of a lifetime in Ireland with the Cape Gazette

Carrie and Lou Wolinetz, owners of the Lazy L at Willow Creek Bed and Breakfast, recently traveled to Ireland, staying in different castles all over the country. Lou surprised Carrie with this once-in-a-lifetime trip he had won several years ago at a charity auction. However, between the B&B and the pandemic, they hadn't actually been able to go. After everything finally fell into place, and the generous grandparents were able to take care of the kids and the pets, Carrie and Lou packed their bags. While visiting Ireland, they celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary and also Lou's birthday. “It was magical,” said Carrie. “We very much enjoyed lounging around the castles and catching up with what was going on back home in Sussex County!” Here they are shown while visiting Dromoland Castle located in County Clare.
