Frank Hornstein of Coldwell Banker Resort Realty earns certification

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announced that Frank Hornstein earned the Pricing Strategies Advisor certification. The National Association of Realtors Center for Realtor Development offers the certification to meet demand for property assessment expertise. This course is designed to enhance agents’ skills in pricing properties, creating competitive market analysis, working with appraisers and allaying clients' anxieties and misperceptions about home values.

Hornstein strives to continue to enhance his real estate knowledge. He earned a bachelor of science in management from Penn State University. Prior to that he owned his own business in Washington, D.C. PlantWorks Design Group supplied interior plants, landscaping and Christmas decorating to businesses. After 29 years, Hornstein moved to the beach and fulfilled his plan to became a Realtor. Hornstein is actively representing buyer and seller clients' interests.
