Grotto Pizza has introduced an autumn menu and cocktail additions with seasonal flavors.
Selections include the Grotto Boli, a medley of onion- and garlic-laced ground beef, cheese and marinara sauce wrapped in a golden-brown crust. “We featured the Grotto Boli for Pizza Month in October, and it was a huge hit,” said Jeff Gosnear, vice president. “Our guests were so enthusiastic that we put it on our fall menu.”
Hearty autumn items include baked chicken parmesan with potato gnocchi, and mac-and-cheese three ways: homestyle with cavatappi in white cheddar sauce; topped with chicken and broccoli; or finished with tender ribeye steak and sautéed onions.
Buffalo chicken dip with artisan flatbread is the perfect appetizer for football season.
As for the cocktails, signature drinks include the Patron Cranberry Margarita with triple sec and fresh lime, and the Winter Mojito with Bacardi Spiced Rum.
The Sly Fox contains Western Son Raspberry Vodka, simple syrup, lime juice and Sprite. Cinnamon Toast Crunch with RumChata, vanilla vodka and Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey brings an après-ski mood.
Beer lovers can order 21st Amendment Fireside Chat, a winter ale with spices and cocoa nibs.
