Jack Lingo Realtor holds Showfield project open house

November 13, 2016

Jack Lingo Inc., Realtor recently held an open house at Showfield, coastal Delaware's newest custom home community, located along Gills Neck Road in Lewes. The event was located within the historic barn that will be restored to become a part of the community amenity center, merging Showfield with the omnipresent charm of Lewes. The clubhouse, pool and barn renderings were officially revealed and the open house was a great success informing neighbors and prospective buyers about the project.

The first phase of Showfield is currently 50 percent sold out and single family building lots are available starting in the mid-$200s. The first homes in Showfield are now under construction with more new owners planning to break ground within the coming months.

Showfield is designed to provide buyers with large lots (on which they can design and build their own home) in an unmatched location with close proximity to Cape Henlopen State Park, downtown Lewes, the Atlantic Ocean and the Delaware Bay. In addition to the resort-style pool and clubhouse, Showfield will feature wooded walking trails, numerous ponds, six acres of preserved forest and direct access to the Junction-Breakwater Trail.

The community is being developed by JLR's affiliate company, Jack Lingo Asset Management and site work is well underway. JLAM plans to break ground on the clubhouse in December and estimates completion by September of 2017.
