Jack Lingo Realtor welcomes Katie Cross to Lewes office
Jack Lingo Realtor recently announced that Katie Cross has joined its Lewes office.
Cross is a native of Southern Delaware, with more than 100 years of family history in Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Her grandfather, the late John W. (Jack) Beach, was a local writer who composed numerous books on the history of the Delaware beaches. He also founded a local newspaper, The Whale, which played an important role in the later development of the Cape Gazette.
Cross graduated from Cape Henlopen High School and then studied equine business management at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I. After college, her love for the Delaware beaches brought her back home, where she has lived and worked in the hospitality industry for more than 14 years.
In her spare time, she loves riding at her family’s horse farm as well as relaxing on the beach with friends. As a Realtor on the Paul Townsend Team, she shares her enthusiasm and love for the area with her clients in order to help guide them through the process of buying or selling their home.
