James Willie Batts, 90, of Millsboro, passed away peacefully at home Thursday, Dec. 5, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, Dec. 13, at Watson Funeral Home & Crematorium, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, where friends may call beginning at 2 p.m.
