Ronald Wayne Hagan and Jennifer Lynne Eckman
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Eckman of Phoenixville, Pa., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lynne Eckman, to Ronald Wayne Hagan, son of Patricia and Jerry Hagan of Lewes.
The bride-to-be graduated from Wesley College with a bachelor of science degree in education and earned a master of science degree in elementary school administration from Wilmington University. She is employed as a teacher at Cape Henlopen High School.
The groom-elect received a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice and a master of science in human resource management, both from Wilmington University. He is employed as aviation commander for Delaware State Police.
The wedding is set for Sept. 29, 2012.
