John Wakefield joins Citizens Bank
John Wakefield of Wilmington has joined Citizens Bank as a mortgage loan officer. He focuses on the Wilmington and Rehoboth markets.
Wakefield originates a wide range of mortgage loan programs, including both conventional loans and government loans. He provides financing for both second homes and primary residences, including high-end homes.
Wakefield has been in the mortgage business for 15 years. He came to Citizens Bank from PNC Mortgage, where he was a loan officer.
He is an affiliate member of the New Castle County Board of Realtors. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree.
