The Dewey Business Partnership hosted a carnival-style Fourth of July celebration for children on the beach July 5.
The free event drew dozens of kids who played games, listened to music and got their faces painted. The event coincided with the Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce's Wednesday beach bonfire.
