A raffle will include items such as fishing rods, a microwave, Lewes Fire Department memorabilia and the final grand prize, an opportunity for four people to ride in a fire truck during the Lewes Christmas Parade.
Information will be available for anyone who would like to learn more about joining the Lewes Fire Department. There are numerous ways to help and volunteer. Since 1796, citizens of Lewes have stepped forward to join the ranks of the city’s volunteer fire service. For 200 years, the association has been filled with men and women wanting to serve others.
