Lewes real estate agent Gritton named to AREAA A-List

Gritton, who is affiliated with Coldwell Banker Premier in Lewes, ranked No. 21 nationally in individual transaction sides and No. 45 nationally in individual sales volume.

Gritton has been a local real estate agent for more than 18 years, offering expertise in Southern Delaware, specializing in the sale and rental of beach properties. She has been a top-producing agent for more than seven years. Gritton has earned her CRS Certified Residential Specialist Designation, ABR Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation and SRS Seller Representative Specialist Designation. She is a Cape Henlopen High School graduate who holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an associate degree in marketing.
