Liswell-Schlitter engaged

Matthew J. Schlitter, son of Michael and Kathy Schlitter of Harbeson, and Juleeann T. Liswell, daughter of  the late Jeffrey Liswell of Dover and Laura Miller of Westminster, Md., are pleased to announce their engagement and plan to marry June 25, 2011 in Dover.

Matthew is a 2003 graduate of Sussex Central High School and a 2008 graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.  He is currently employed by the Delaware Department of Transportation in Dover.

Juleeann is a 2006 graduate of Dover High School and a 2010 graduate of West Chester University with a bachelor’s degree in music education and vocal performance.  She is currently employed by William Henry Middle School in the Capital School District.
