Elizabeth Nagel, a self-described Polish gal originally from Buffalo, will be offering her homemade favorite dishes for purchase during the Angola Beach and Estates Craft Fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, March 25, at 22971 Suburban Blvd., Lewes.
Nagel’s specialties include cheese and potato pierogi with her own twarog (farmers cheese) for the filling, golombki (stuffed cabbage rolls) and placzek, Polish sweet bread enjoyed as an Easter morning tradition, along with other delicious items.
Customers can enjoy lunch during the craft fair while shopping for unique handmade arts and crafts or take selections to go. Preorders can also be made for holiday treats; email eliznagel@icloud.com for details.
