Magnolia man charged in Lincoln road rage incident
A Magnolia man faces charges after a road rage incident in August.
The incident happened Aug. 28 on Isaacs Road near Cedar Creek Road when the man fired a shot at another vehicle. The driver of the car was not hurt, and police had been searching for the driver of a Chevrolet Silverado.
After a warrant was issued for his arrest, police said, James Cullen III, 35, turned himself in to Delaware State Police Troop 4, where he was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and first-degree reckless endangering. Cullen was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2, and released on $13,000 secured bond.
