Man charged in Bridgeville murder

The husband of a woman murdered in Bridgeville faces charges in Delaware after his extradition March 9.
Police charged Robert Franks, 53, with the murder of his wife Cynthia Moss-Franks, who was found dead in February in her Bridgeville home.
Franks was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 2 on a first-degree murder charges. He is committed to Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in default of $5 million cash bond.
Franks was taken into custody Feb. 20 in Philadelphia, where he was held until his extradition to Delaware.
