Michelle Ley named Miss Delaware's Outstanding Teen 2015

Miss Delaware's Outstanding Teen for 2015 is Michelle Ley. She is a vocalist who sang "On My Own" from "Les Miserables." She attends Mt. Pleasant High School. She was crowned June 12 in Dover.
In addition to winning the title, she also was honored with two awards, for Overall Interview and Overall Talent. Ley's next stop is Florida for Miss America's Outstanding Teen at the end of July. Sammi Ponsell of Caesar Rodney High School is first runner-up. Tori Knox of Tatnall School in Wilmington is second runner-up.
