I agree 100% with Vivian Fisher about the trash on the medians of Route 1. I have traveled throughout the country and have seen beautiful entrances to cities, but for some reason the entrance to our beautiful Rehoboth Beach is mowed on a monthly basis, trash or not, because the workers are not paid to get off the mower. I understand that completely, but maybe use work-release crews, or I’ll help pick up trash before they chew it up.
