New Hope Canoe Club recruitment meetings to start March 18

The New Hope Canoe Club brings the sport of Hawaiian outrigger canoe paddling to Lewes-area waters.
Membership is open to anyone over 18 years old who would like to get a great workout in a team environment while paddling the waters of a maritime community and cruising though the waves among dolphins and birds. No experience is necessary. All are welcome.
Recruitment meetings for prospective members will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, March 18, at St. Peter’s Church, 200 Second St., Lewes; 3 p.m., Saturday, March 25, at The Crossing Church, 15183 Coastal Highway, Milton; and 6:30 p.m., Thursday, April 6, at IV Drip Bar, 20819 Coastal Highway, Rehoboth Beach.
