Lewes updates city website

The City of Lewes has updated its website to help users more easily access city services and departments.

City Manager Ellen Lorraine McCabe said the easiest way for citizens to contact city departments is to use the “report a concern” button on the city’s website, ci.lewes.de.us. That will link to a list of city departments, where they can fill out a form with their question, comment or concern, which will be sent to the appropriate department for a prompt response.

McCabe said each email received gets a unique number and is tracked through the process, so they know when the issue has been addressed.
