Otis Clayton Bartley, Rehoboth business owner

Otis C. Bartley, 76, of Rehoboth Beach, passed away Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015, of Parkinson’s Disease.

Clay was prior president of the Dewey Beach Lions Club. He was a member of Rehoboth VFW Post 7447. He rang the bell for the Salvation Army and was the former manager of Millers Furniture Store, and owner of Bartley and Hudson Interiors. He was formerly an employee of Anderson Floor Covering for 15 years.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Margaret Bartley; brother Joe Bartley and wife Millie; sister Donnie Hall and husband Robert; sister Ethel Tackett and husband James; and son Blake Bartley; and stepdaughters Jill Bayles and Jan Moore.

Clay enjoyed surf fishing, going on cruise ship voyages and attending Redskins games. Special thanks to Sandy at Harbor Health, and Bob Stewart for assistance driving.
