Overturned concrete truck near Five Points
No injuries reported, intersection slowed for more than an hour

A fully loaded Atlantic Concrete truck overturned at the intersection of Beaver Dam and Belltown roads, near Five Points, in Lewes Dec. 7.
The truck was making a left turn when the load shifted, causing the truck to overturn onto its right side, said Delaware State Police spokesman Sgt. Richard Bratz. A witness told police the operator was moving at a slow pace when, all of a sudden, it overturned, said Bratz. The driver of the truck was not cited for any violations.
The intersection was closed for more than an hour waiting for the truck to get turned back over and spilled concrete removed, said Bratz.
