Patterson-Schwartz welcomes new sales associates
Patterson-Schwartz recently welcomed five veteran agents and four new licensees to its coastal Delaware offices’ sales teams.
These new sales associates will work out of the company’s Rehoboth Beach and Ocean View offices to assist new and existing clients with a wide array of real estate services including buying, selling, relocation and rental opportunities.

"These new sales associates are essential as we continue to build relationships and broaden our reach in Sussex County."
Patterson-Schwartz’s Rehoboth Beach and Bethany Beach offices are home to more than 45 highly productive sales associates who represent a diverse client base and some of the finest properties in the area.

Established agents new to Patterson-Schwartz in the Rehoboth Beach office are Brian McMahon, 15 years of industry experience; Tracey Espada, 20 years of industry experience including resort and vacation rentals; Brian Townes, 15 years of experience in real estate sales, and property management and development; and Kerry Monigle, 24 years of industry experience.
In the Ocean View office, Brett Reilly has 24 years of industry experience in lending, custom home design and construction, and land development.
New Delaware licensees working out of the Patterson-Schwartz Rehoboth office are Mike Steinberg, Rebecca Turner, Erica Henninger and Patti Knowles.
