Peg and John Cross celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

Peg and John Cross of Lewes celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 18. The former Peg Batavick and Cross were married Aug. 18, 1962, at St. Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church in Haddon Heights, N.J. Joining the Crosses for the celebration were their five children, spouses and seven grandchildren.

John Cross is the former chief financial officer of Burris Logistics in Milford.
