Peninsula Gallery hosts guest artist Dan Graziano in April

March 31, 2023

The Peninsula Gallery will host Dan Graziano as its April Guest Artist.

To capture the simple beauty of everyday life, Graziano blends blends impressionism with realism. His paintings capture the hidden beauty found in unexpected places and fleeting moments of everyday life. Incorporating dramatic light, shadow, color and perspective, his compositions feature a diversity of subjects - from a simple still life to rugged coastlines, active urban life, lively cafes and bars, small rural towns, and forgotten roadside relics.

His work has been featured in numerous publications and is in the collections of private and corporate collectors throughout the world.

Graziano has six small- to medium-sized works on display that feature scenes from the shoreline, as well as dramatic recreations of Victorian homes. His works capture familiar beach activities like boating, biking and kayaking, in addition to detailing picturesque architecture.

August will see Graziano return to the gallery alongside his wife Kristin Blanck, for the Side by Side exhibition.

Graziano’s guest artist works can be previewed at peninsula-gallery.com.

The Peninsula Gallery Guest Artist program highlights works by a variety of creators. The lineup of participants includes some of the gallery’s resident artists, repeat exhibitors and artists entirely new to the space.

To see the guest artists’ special collections, visit the gallery each month. For details about each artist’s background and creative process, follow Peninsula Gallery’s Instagram and Facebook pages.

The gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday, in the Village Shoppes at the Beacon Inn, 520 East Savannah Road, Lewes.
