Phyllis D. Casey, 75, of Millsboro, passed away Sunday, Aug. 13, 2023, at Atlantic Shores Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She is survived by one daughter, Michelle Henderson and her husband Joseph Henderson Jr. of Millsboro; three younger brothers; and one granddaughter, Lauren Henderson of Millsboro.
Services will be private.
