Rehoboth Police: Four sought after turning off power transformer

Rehoboth Beach Police are searching for four people they say damaged a local business by turning off a power transformer.

Police said the act caused about $1,800 in damage to the business.

Police are searching for a male of no particular ethnicity wearing a gray hoodie, ripped jeans, a red New York hat, with a white-and-black fanny pack. Police said they are also searching for three white women – one with brown hair, wearing a white jacket; a second with brown hair, wearing ripped jeans, a white long-sleeve shirt and a black undershirt; and a third woman with brown hair, wearing a black jacket and dark pants.

Anyone with information on the individuals is asked to contact Detective Brian Reynolds at 302-524-1391 or send a private message to the Rehoboth Beach Police Department’s Facebook page. Information can be sent anonymously, police said.
