Rehoboth Sandcastle Contest brims with creativity
There was a new date and location for the annual Rehoboth Beach Sandcastle Contest Sept. 10, but competition was just as fierce, as dozens of competitors built castles, mermaids, a lighthouse and a few octopuses. The weather was unusually hot and humid for the new September date, but the crowds of spectators were just as large as at the traditional August competition.
