Ribbon cutting held for Iron Valley Real Estate

The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce celebrated new member Iron Valley Real Estate with a ribbon cutting Oct. 23.

With 23 offices already in existence, Iron Valley Real Estate brings its dynamic, modern real estate platform to the Delaware and Maryland area. Its mission is to bring state-of-the-art technology, a culture of productivity, and a dynamic, free-form business model that allows realtors to run their businesses their way. Its commission splits are exciting and break away from traditional brokerages, allowing realtors to give the most money back to their agents where it belongs.  

The ownership group includes Sherri Custodio, Realtor licensed in Delaware and Maryland; Mary Schaub, Realtor licensed in Pennsylvania; Jay Lesko, Realtor and head of the Lesko to the Beach team serving Delaware and Maryland; Eric Leadbetter, Realtor and leader of the Eric Leadbetter Team serving Pennsylvania; and Jason Navilliat, Realtor serving Pennsylvania. All have diverse leadership backgrounds to offer to their agents, assisting in their productivity and growth.
