Samantha Parsons and William Lingo plan a fall 2012 wedding

Mr. and Mrs. Ronald D. Parsons of Milford are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Samantha R. Parsons to William "Bill" D. Lingo, son of Mr. and Mrs. John E. Lingo Jr. of Rehoboth Beach.
Samantha is a 2005 graduate of Milford High School and a 2010 graduate of Salisbury University. She is an administrative assistant and graphic designer for Delaware Beach Life.
Bill is a 1998 graduate of Cape Henlopen High School and a 2003 graduate of Virginia Wesleyan. He is an assistant manager at Jungle Jim's in Rehoboth Beach.
The couple are planning a 2012 fall wedding.
