Judging has been completed in the annual Georgetown Arts and Flowers Scarecrow Contest. Businesses compete for prizes in this annual fall themed event. The top three prizes go to A Girl and Her Dog, Glasshowes, and Givens Flowers and Gifts. Each fall, Georgetown businesses and the Town of Georgetown decorate the streetlights and utility poles along East Market Street and South Bedford Street in the downtown area.
