Sheila Jane Lopez, Perdue retiree
Mrs. Sheila Jane Lopez, 50, of Georgetown, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2015.
Mrs. Lopez was born in Laurel, Md. to Larry W. and Lucille M. Belcher Mitchem, who survive her.
She was retired from Perdue Farms Inc. where she worked as a quality assurance Inspector. She was an everyday person who liked going to flea markets and yard sales, and also enjoyed gardening.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Carlos E. Lopez of Georgetown; three children, Crystal Baldwin of Gumboro, Jason Mitchem of Philadelphia, Pa. and Nicholas Hoover of New Jersey; two brothers, Anthony Mitchem and Ronnie Mitchem; along with six grandchildren, Spencer, Cohen, Aubree Jane, Andru, Aaliyah, and Hannah; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.
A viewing will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, May 7, at Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, May 8, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Millsboro.
