Shields Elementary School students to perform Seussical Jr. March 4, 5

Shields Elementary School students will present "Seussical Jr." at 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday, March 4 and 5, at Cape Henlopen High School. Tickets are available at Shields for $10 each.
Kristin Gray, musical director, says, “The arts are so important in education. Through the theater experience, I see students gain an amazing amount of confidence, develop their imaginations, work cooperatively, and shine on stage. It is such a wonderful experience each year.”
This is the third year Gray has directed musicals at Shields where third-, fourth- and fifth-graders are invited to participate. This year, over 80 students are participating in “Seussical Jr.”
