Shining Light Awards honor contributors to fight against breast cancer

The Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition held the Shining Light Awards Breakfast and Program at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington June 16. The breakfast honored Steve “Monty” Montgomery, co-owner of The Starboard, Bethany Blues BBQ, 99 Sea Level and Starboard RAW, and Adam Howard, owner of BodyShop Fitness Center, for Dewey Goes Pink; Randy Currie, founder and owner of Currie Hair Skin Nails; the Hon. Nancy Cook; Dan Mapes, director of diagnostic services at Beebe Healthcare; and Peggie Ball for their contributions to the fight against breast cancer in Delaware and surrounding communities.
