Shore United Bank Rehoboth team awarded for dedication
The Shore United Bank Team Star Award was bestowed on the Rehoboth Beach team to recognize its dedication to customers, community members and co-workers. The honor rewards work and behaviors that support the company’s vision, values and strategic goals.
Myndi Verderame, Rehoboth branch manager, said, “I am amazed daily by my team, whether it be in our morning huddle, weekly staff meeting, assisting clients or getting out in our community. Kathleen, Mark and Nick always bring a smile and a positive attitude. They are knowledgeable, goal oriented, and involved in all aspects of their position and community.”
Within their first year of business in a new market, the Rehoboth team members have shown dedication to the success of their branch. In 2023, the team volunteered a collective 272 hours to multiple community organizations and contributed nearly $14,000 to various causes.
