Singing Soldiers to perform Sept. 14 in Rehoboth Beach

September 5, 2024

The Singing Soldiers will return to Rehoboth Beach for their annual concert with just one performance set for 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 14, at All Saints' Episcopal Church, 18 Olive Ave. in downtown Rehoboth Beach.

Under the direction and coordination of Bob McDonald, one of the featured performers, and with Tony Nalker as accompanist, the group comprises active-duty and retired members of the U.S. Army Chorus. The program will feature pop standards as well as patriotic music.

Members of this group have been offering an annual post-Labor Day performance at All Saints' for almost 20 years, and it is always a crowd-pleaser.

"We are so excited to have the Singing Soldiers back with us again this year," said Jon Rania, All Saints’ director of music and communications. "We are honored by their commitment to present this musical program not just to our parishioners but to the wider community.” All are welcome, and the church is handicapped accessible.
