Solutions IPEM’s Rohlich attains professional engineer license

Solutions IPEM announced Patrick Rohlich has achieved licensure as a professional engineer.

Since joining Solutions IPEM in 2019, Rohlich has leveraged his diverse experience as a surveyor, construction project manager and civil engineer to bring a well-rounded perspective to every project. His ability to approach challenges from multiple angles enables him to deliver innovative and value-driven solutions for all clients.

Rohlich earned his bachelor of science degree in civil and environmental engineering from West Virginia University. He has been involved with Tanager Woods, Cardinal Grove, Autumndale, Leeward Chase, Twin Masts and Tower Hill subdivision projects. This milestone underscores his professional dedication, and enhances the expertise and capabilities of the Solutions IPEM team.

The full-service architectural, land planning, civil engineering and surveying firm is headquartered in Georgetown.
