Steven Lewis Quann, had love for life
Steven Lewis Quann, 57, of Lewes passed away Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019. Steve was born in Malvern, Pa., Jan. 17, 1962, to the late Joan (Sink) Quann and Robert Lewis Quann.
Steve graduated from Cape Henlopen High School in 1981. He attended Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, and for many years worked for Ecolab in sales and service.
Anyone who met Steve knew he had a true love for life, an infectious smile, and loved to make everyone laugh with his unique sense of humor.
Steve was an avid Eagles fan, enjoyed going to the races, loved to witness beautiful sunsets, listen to the ocean waves at the Delaware beaches where he grew up, and most of all loved spending time with his family and friends and his beloved companion, Toby.
Predeceased by his parents, grandparents, a brother Charles, and sister Debbie; he is survived by his sons: Ryan Lewis Quann of Wilmington and Adam Alexander Quann of Newark; his sister, Kathy Schaeffer of Milton; his brother, Gary (Melissa) of Harbeson; his six nieces and nephews; and his fiancée Sandy Eure of Lewes.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, Feb. 27, at 3 p.m., at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, where friends may visit beginning at 2 p.m. Interment will be private.
