Surf Bagel to open new location in Fenwick Island

Surf Bagel recently announced it will be opening a fifth location in Fenwick Island on the Coastal Highway property a block from the beach that previously housed a Dairy Queen.

“We are stoked to be coming to Fenwick; the community is awesome and the people are great. The relaxed, coastal vibe of the town makes it perfect for Surf Bagel,” said Matt Patton, Surf Bagel president. “We couldn’t be more excited to bring our fresh-baked, New York-style bagels to Fenwick and the surrounding communities. We know that the store will be successful, and a place for locals and vacationers to enjoy breakfast and lunch in a laid-back beach environment.”

On opening day, Fenwick Island residents can expect to find the same delicious fresh-baked bagels, smoothies, wraps, iconic merch and fast, friendly service as at Surf Bagel’s other four locations. The interior and flow of the store will cultivate a welcoming vibe that can accommodate the needs of any guest – carryout orders for those on the go, comfortable seating for sit-down breakfasts and lunches, and hassle-free to-go catering trays that are made to order for any event.

With the construction and operations teams hard at work, Surf Bagel Fenwick is expected to open for business later this fall.
