Sussex Tech’s Sharnae Harmon graduates from West Point

Sharnae Harmon, a 2020 Sussex Technical High School graduate and Seaford native, graduated May 25 from the United States Military Academy in West Point, N.Y., and entered the Adjutant General Corps.

While a Sussex Tech student, Harmon studied criminal justice and participated in JROTC all four years due to her interest in joining the military.

As a West Point student-athlete, Harmon won two collegiate boxing national championships at 119 pounds and a New England Golden Glove championship title at 125 pounds.
