Thomas J. Wiley, avid Dallas Cowboys fan
Thomas J. Wiley, 59, of Lincoln, known to his loved ones as Tom, passed away Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021, at home, cared for by his daughter and surrounded by family. Tom was born Feb. 18, 1962, in Milford to William and Mary Wiley.
