Top It Off apparel and accessories cuts ribbon in Rehoboth

The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce welcomed Top It Off to the resort area with a ribbon cutting April 22. Top If Off, a national leader in the apparel and accessories market for women, announced the opening of its third retail location, now at 146 Rehoboth Ave. in Rehoboth Beach.

Top It Off President Karena Rasser says, "We researched coastal locations carefully and are very excited about our decision to open in Rehoboth Beach." Top It Off also has two retail stores in Alexandria, Va. Known primarily as a wholesaler and headquartered in Massachusetts with a distribution center in Virginia, the Top It Off brand is carried in over 2,000 great boutiques nationwide. Founded in 2003, Top It Off’s goal is to create stylish and affordable accessories for women of all ages.
