Towers Comedy Festival enjoyed by many in Rehoboth, Dewey
Thanks to Colleen Godbout, Greg Godbout and Tim Clark, founders of the Towers Comedy Festival, attendees were treated to four fun nights of the event at locations including the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center (main stage), Rehoboth Ale House in Rehoboth Beach and The Starboard in Dewey Beach. The event featured sold-out venues filled with more than 4,000 locals and out-of-town comedy lovers who came to the beach for this new shoulder-season festival.
The fest featured comedians Joe Gatto, Tig Notaro and Matteo Lane, Rob Cantrell, Rory Scovel, Carmen Christopher, Caitlin Peluffo, Emil Wakim, Sahib Singh, Ali Macofsky, Martin Urbano, Keith Purnell and Peter Sullivan.
“Personally, my cheeks were still hurting a few days after seeing the Thursday and Friday shows,” said Donna West. “We all need to be able to laugh!”
