Veterans honored at Road of Heroes ceremony

Angola Beach and Estates honored the community’s veterans Nov. 3 with a display, named Road of Heroes, containing names and patriotic banners along the picturesque pond on Suburban Boulevard near Lewes.
Tina Carlton, community manager and resident of Angola Beach and Estates, said they hope to turn this into a yearly event.
“Being the mother of three active service and one retired, it really tugs at my heartstrings, but also it’s another occasion to celebrate our residents and the sacrifices they have made.” she said.
