Watercolor for Beginners, a four-part class designed as an introduction to the basics of brilliant watercolors, is back by popular demand at Milton Arts Guild.
Locally renowned artist Anne Buck will teach students the concepts of values, ratios, brushwork techniques, color mixing, preliminary studies and more.
The class will meet from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., Tuesdays, Feb. 21 and 28, and March 7 and 14. The four-part class costs $250.
Buck is an award-winning watercolorist who has studied with nationally recognized artists including Mary Whyte, Charles Reid, Janet Rogers and Vlad Yeliseyev. She is a member of the International Watercolor Society, Delaware Watercolor Society, Rehoboth Art League and Delaware by Hand, and is a past president and current board member of the Milton Arts Guild.
