The 60-acre garden, designed by du Pont, is among America’s best, with magnificent plantings and massive displays of color throughout the year. Winterthur has 25 miles of well-marked paths, trails and lush gardens for visitors to explore.Ticket holders can take a 30-minute, narrated garden tram tour to see the highlights of the garden and learn the history of Winterthur. The tour begins at the visitor center and ends at the museum, with a stop at Winterthur’s Enchanted Woods, designed for children and their families to engage in imaginative play and creativity.
Attendees will have lunch on their own at the Winterthur visitor center café.
