Women's Club of Indian River donates to What is Your Voice
The Women's Club of Indian River recently donated food and other items to What is Your Voice, a nonprofit that empowers women and children to live violence-free lives.
The club installed also installed three new members at its April 12 meeting. In a candlelight ceremony, Henrietta Belcher Stack, leads chair, installed Diane Mucci, Beverly Stern and Deborah Bennett, and welcomed them into the club.
Causes the club supports include survivors of domestic violence, local school projects, local churches and the Boys & Girls Club of Oak Orchard.
