October 18, 2023

Two members of Xi Sigma Chapter of the International Sorority of Beta Sigma Phi were honored for their years of service at the September chapter meeting held at the home of member Kris Pritchett. Award ceremonies were held to honor their accomplishments.

Carolyn McClelland of Lewes received the prestigious Diamond Circle Award for 60 years of membership and service in Beta Sigma Phi. McClelland has grown in all the virtues that distinguish a Beta Sigma Phi: courage, vision, humility, fellowship and service. Chapter President Clare Johnson presented McClelland with the 60-year award and the traditional yellow rose.

Fay Burnham of Milton also received special recognition with a Silver Circle certificate and award for her 25 years of membership, service and dedication to the chapter and her community. Ann Wotring, chapter vice president, presented Burnham with a yellow rose and gifts from the chapter.
