Cathy Fisher joined us today from True North Health Center where she teaches cooking classes to in-patient clients. Her focus is on plant-based SOS (salt, oil, sugar- free) foods that promote health. She prepared several outstanding dishes for us demonstrating her creative, relaxed approach using fresh ingredients with herbs and spices. Her BEEFLESS STEW, BURRITO BOWL, 4-BEAN SALAD and BAKED OATMEAL WITH APPLES AND RAISINS won rave reviews from hungry tasters. I've included her recipe for 4-BEAN SALAD.
