Lauren Vassiliou joins Rehoboth Beach travel experts
Rehoboth Beach vacation specialists Accent on Travel announced that veteran travel planner Lauren Vassiliou of Rehoboth Beach has joined the team of professional cruise and travel consultants in the new offices on the corner of Route 1 and Rehoboth Avenue.
Vassiliou brings over 25 years of experience in planning travel to Accent on Travel. As a resident of Delaware, she earned a degree in travel and tourism from Widener University, finding her passion after a stint in a U.S. Army aviation helicopter unit. Her experience as a flight attendant and flight operations specialist prior to becoming a corporate travel agent widened her knowledge of the world and travel industry.

Vassiliou works full time selling travel. She specializes in several areas of the world based on her vast personal travel experience and expertise - selling guided tours, cruises and custom-designed itineraries. Planning vacations to European destinations such as Italy, Ireland/Scotland/England, Spain and Greece is second nature to her. Her second passion is soft adventure travel. She jumped at the opportunity to lead Accent On Travel’s active adventures department helping clients wanting African safaris, Australia/New Zealand adventures, overseas guided bike tours, Costa Rican vacations, and Galapagos and Alaska vacations where sightseeing includes the beauty of the world’s best wildlife destinations.
